As a specialized subcontractor, under the main contract between Mr. Mohamad Reslan and PFS Company, PFS’ tasks were covering the following activities:
- Drilling of 74 foundation piles, with 880/780mm diameter into hard Rock with 14m depth
- Drilling of 36 foundation piles, with 880/780mm diameter into hard Rock with 13 m depth
- Fabrication and installation of steel cage
- Concreting
The project consists the construction of offices and commercial Center Project. Under the main contract between PFS and Mr Mohamad Reslan, PFS was nominated as a specialized subcontractor to execute the deep foundation works. Due to the subsurface conditions, PFS has installed a total of 74 foundation piles with 880/780mm Dia. Piles were designed to work on skin friction and End-Bearing.
