Due to the huge settlement under the raft holding 4 storage silos, and since the structure already existed, NOVIA Industries have employed PFS to execute the corrective measures under the structure. Considering the subsurface conditions, the concept and design of the rehabilitation works were done, based on the execution of jet-grouting columns to support the structure and limit the settlement. PFS has then employed 2 rigs, type KLEMM, to construct 415 jet-grouting columns, reaching a depth of 24m, inside 4 existing storage silos.
