As a specialized subcontractor, under the main contract between Mr. Mohamad Reslan and PFS Company, PFS’ tasks were covering the following activities:

  • Drilling of 64 foundation piles, with 880/780mm diameter into hard Rock with 12m depth
  • Fabrication and installation of steel cage
  • Concreting

The project consists the construction of Etas Major. Under the main contract between PFS and Ste BTSG_TP, PFS was nominated as a specialized subcontractor to execute the deep foundation works. Due to the subsurface conditions, PFS has installed a total of 64 foundation piles with 880/780mm Dia. Piles were designed to work on skin friction and End-Bearing.
