The project consists the construction of offices. Under the main contract between PFS and BCC Company, PFS was nominated as a specialized subcontractor to execute the deep foundation works. Due to the subsurface conditions, PFS has installed a total of 71 foundation piles. Piles were designed to work on skin friction and End-Bearing.
As a specialized subcontractor, under the main contract between Mr. BCC Company and PFS Company, PFS’ tasks were covering the following activities:
- Drilling of 33 foundation piles, with 880/780mm diameter into hard Rock with 14.5m depth
- Drilling of 38 foundation piles, with 650/560mm diameter into hard Rock with 13.5 m depth
- Fabrication and installation of steel cage
- Concreting
